Learn how to fish!

Oklahoma has thousands of miles of shoreline along its many lakes, rivers, streams and ponds, many of which are close to Tulsa - and many of those bodies of water are full of fish!

Never fished before?  No problem!  Oklahoma's Aquatic Resource Education Program is holding FREE evening classes (6:30 - 8:30 p.m.) at the Zebco Pond in Tulsa.  Upcoming dates are:

July 7, 14, 21, and 28

August 4 & 11

Learn about fish identification, knot-tying, fish cleaning and cooking, fishing tackle selection and use, and water safety.  Each class includes about 1 hour of practice fishing in the Zebco Pond.

August 1, Saturday, Oklahoma Aquarium & Ice Cream

Visit the deep sea right here in Tulsa.Watch the sharks, jellyfish, sea otters, and more.Touch a live stingray or see the amazing four-eyed fish. Cost will be ? per adults and ? per child.
